Precision Coating Line

The Precision Coating Line is to coat the chemical synthesized Aluminum roll with Polyester or PVDF or other specialized paints, to precisely control the Coating thickness, by three reversal rollers in a sealed and dustless workplace.

Through Roasting in a 32-metre long oven divided into four areas with distinct temperature, then, Chilling in a cooling oven, the coating's solvent resistance, flexibility, rigidity and color uniformity are satisfied with all the test indexes.
