Chemosynthesis Line

The Chemosynthesis Line is to clean the surface of Aluminum roll.

Through Showering, Brushing, Dunking in weak alkali solutions trough, after these processes, lubrication grease, dirt and other impurities such as Silicium, Magnesium, Iron and Copper which adhere to the surface are removed.

Then by Neutralization and Chromium impregnation, the Aluminum roll surface is covered with a scalelike oxidative coating of high density,which makes Aluminum roll and Paint, Aluminum roll and macromolecule adhesive film, firmly adhere to each other, thus to guarantee the quality of coating, strengthen the peel strength of Aluminum Plastic Composite Panel.
